These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, and other necessary matters between bicep-heart.app (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and users in connection with the use of the Bicep Heart service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operated by the Website.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms are intended to define the conditions and procedures for using the AI-based video and image generation, editing, and conversion services provided by the Website, as well as the respective rights and obligations of the Website and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. Service: Refers to all AI-based video and image generation, editing, and conversion features, as well as related supplementary functions, provided by the Website under the Bicep Heart brand.
  2. User: Refers to any person who uses the services provided by the Website in accordance with these Terms.
  3. Member: Refers to a person who has registered as a member with the Website and uses the Service.
  4. Credit: Refers to a virtual unit deducted when using paid features within the Service.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect from the date they are posted on the service interface or otherwise notified to users.
  2. The Website may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws and regulations; in the event of any amendment, the Website shall provide notice at least seven (7) days before the effective date of the amendment.
  3. Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may cease using the Service and terminate their membership.

Article 4 (Member Registration and Accounts)

  1. Users must apply for membership in accordance with the procedures established by the Website, and the service agreement is formed upon the Website's acceptance of the application.
  2. Members must provide accurate information at the time of registration and must promptly update any changes to their information.
  3. Members are responsible for properly managing their account information and may not transfer or lend it to any third party.
  4. The Website may refuse membership registration or terminate the service agreement after registration if any of the following circumstances apply:
    • Misuse of another person's information;
    • Provision of false information;
    • Failure to meet other usage requirements established by the Website.

Article 5 (Service Content)

  1. The Website provides the following services:
    • AI video and image generation (text-to-video/image);
    • AI image editing and conversion;
    • Prompt browsing and sharing;
    • Other services developed by the Website or provided through partnerships.
  2. In principle, the Service is available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day; however, the Service may be temporarily interrupted due to system maintenance, technical failures, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

Article 6 (Paid Services and Payment)

  1. In addition to free basic features, the Website offers paid plans such as credit top-ups and subscription plans.
  2. Users may purchase paid services using the payment methods designated by the Website.
  3. The prices of paid services are based on the standards published on the service pricing information page.

Article 7 (Purchase Withdrawal and Refunds)

  1. Subscription Refunds Subscription purchases may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions. Refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis, with the value of credits already used deducted from the refund amount, along with an approximate 5% processing fee charged by the payment provider (e.g., Stripe).
  2. Auto-Renewal Refunds For users who forgot to cancel their subscription before auto-renewal, a full refund is available under specific conditions. Auto-renewal refunds require that no credits were used during the renewal period, and the subscription will be immediately cancelled upon refund. If any credits were used, even minimally, the entire renewal period fee is non-refundable.
  3. Credit Pack Refunds A partial refund may be requested if less than 30% of the purchased credits have been used. Used credits are non-refundable; therefore, we recommend carefully evaluating your credit needs before purchasing.
  4. Accidental Annual Plan Purchase If you accidentally purchased an annual plan instead of a monthly plan, the Website will convert the annual plan to a monthly plan and deduct one month's subscription fee plus processing fees.
  5. Refund Request Period Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, refund requests will not be accepted regardless of credit usage.
  6. Refund Ratio Limits If more than 100 credits have been used, only a pro-rata partial refund is available; if usage exceeds 30%, no refund will be provided.
  7. Refund Process All refunds are processed through the chat box on the Website's /contact page, or manually via email. When applying, you must provide your account email, order number, purchase date, and a brief explanation. Once approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method.
  8. Promotional Items For promotional items, used credits are calculated and deducted at the original price before any discount.
  9. Non-Refundable Cases The following cases are not eligible for refunds:
    • Accounts that have heavily used credits or generated a large volume of content;
    • Subscription renewal requests beyond the 7-day window;
    • One-time credit pack purchases where usage exceeds 30% (unless required by law);
    • Attempts to generate copyright-infringing, pornographic, or otherwise illegal content;
    • Accounts that have violated the Terms of Service or abused the refund system.
  10. Special Notes on AI-Generated Content Quality and Refund Policy (1) General Rule on Quality Dissatisfaction Dissatisfaction with AI video generation quality cannot serve as grounds for a refund. Please purchase a small credit pack for trial use first. (2) Nature of Service The AI video generation service provided by this Website is an automated response based on artificial intelligence algorithm models to your input instructions. This service falls under digital goods that are "not suitable for return as confirmed by the consumer at the time of purchase based on the nature of the product." (3) Quality Standards Due to the inherent limitations of AI technology, generated videos may differ from manual production or your personal expectations in terms of creative style, visual details, logical coherence, audio-visual synchronization, and precision of instruction interpretation. These are normal technical characteristics of AI services and do not constitute product quality defects or service breaches. (4) Refund Rules
  • Since AI computing resources (compute power) are consumed the moment you click the "Generate" button, successfully generated video projects do not support refund requests on the grounds of "not meeting expectations," "unsatisfactory results," or "poor quality."
  • If a video cannot be generated at all or the file is completely corrupted and cannot be opened due to a platform system failure (e.g., server crash, software crash), please contact customer service within 24 hours. After verification, we will fully refund the credits/fees consumed for this generation, or regenerate the content for you.
  • Generation failures caused by attempts to create copyright-infringing, pornographic, or otherwise illegal video content cannot serve as grounds for a refund.
  1. Subscription Cancellation and Billing Issues You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals, but cancellation does not automatically refund previous charges. If you have billing issues, we recommend contacting customer support first. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
  2. Refund Path and Processing Time Refunds are processed through the original payment method, and processing times vary depending on the payment method.

Article 8 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

  1. Illegally collecting or using others' personal information;
  2. Using the Service to generate content that violates laws, regulations, or public morals;
  3. Generating or distributing illegal content, such as child sexual exploitation material or deepfake content;
  4. Interfering with the operation of the Service or accessing systems without authorization;
  5. Using automated tools to abnormally access the Service;
  6. Reselling or brokering the Service for commercial purposes without the prior consent of the Website.

Article 9 (Service Suspension and Contract Termination)

  1. The Website may suspend the Service or terminate the service agreement after prior notice if any of the following circumstances occur:
    • Violation of these Terms;
    • Generation or distribution of illegal content;
    • Deliberate interference with service operations.
  2. Members may request account cancellation at any time through service settings or by contacting customer support.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Website is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or hacking.
  2. The Website has no obligation to intervene in disputes between users or between users and third parties, nor is it liable for any damages arising therefrom.
  3. The Website makes no guarantees regarding services provided free of charge.
  4. The Website does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of results generated by AI models.

Article 11 (Damages)

If a user suffers damages due to intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Website, the Website shall compensate within the scope prescribed by relevant laws and regulations. However, the Website's liability for compensation is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the relevant service.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. The interpretation of these Terms and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Any litigation arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms take effect on February 15, 2026.
